- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology assessment methodologies
- Secure partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM journals)
- Proven experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and government bodies
- Portfolio of implemented tech innovations with measurable market impact
