Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching successful emerging tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
