Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive adoption of future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global tech ecosystems, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate disruptions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech implications and foster a culture of innovation
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology innovation preferred
