Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI through data-driven methodologies
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists and build future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in futures forecasting or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and market research capabilities
