Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI/ML, quantum systems, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen solutions in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and startup incubation
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD-level preferred)
