Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic 2026-2028 roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging technology domains
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
