Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their strategic implications for the business landscape by 2026
- Develop and implement a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and manage a portfolio of strategic R&D projects
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and drive consensus around technology investments
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence C-level executives
- Experience managing innovation budgets and leading cross-functional teams
