- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts through 2030
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage portfolio of experimental R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Management
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario modeling)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
