- Oversee R&D portfolio allocation across 12 innovation labs globally
- Present future scenarios to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Guide ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to unicorn status
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
