Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning innovation with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify high-impact opportunities for disruption and growth.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation technologies including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging web technologies.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think 3-5 years ahead and bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
