Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating disruptive innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Produce forward-looking impact assessments on societal, ethical, and economic implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present quarterly tech horizon reports to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Oversee incubation of experimental projects with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Champion responsible innovation principles across all technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis using tools like Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in futurist journals or white papers on tech evolution
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation lab operations
