Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision

- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D initiatives and resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies preferred
