Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients adopting 2026-era innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups in synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on AI governance and ethical deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation programs
- Author whitepapers on the societal impact of quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Coordinate with academic partners at Stanford and MIT on federated learning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting with Big4 or FAANG experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on applied AI or quantum systems
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven track record leading tech transformation projects with $50M+ budgets
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance for government projects
