- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of technological investments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience leading innovation initiatives through full lifecycle
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of launching technologies with market impact by 2020-2025
- Professional certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
