Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business goals and market disruption opportunities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive boards with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype future-tech solutions
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and market forecasting
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in enterprise environments
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
