Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation sprints on next-gen technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG principles
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 2026+ tech horizons
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry thought leaders
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for potential acquisition
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Certified in emerging tech foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Prior experience building moonshot projects with $50M+ budgets
