Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing global tech forums
