Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes with real-world impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption potential
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including UN agencies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global adoption (>1M users)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
