- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor next-gen engineers and futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Proven success scaling from prototype to commercial deployment of disruptive tech
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and complex ecosystems
- Deep understanding of geopolitical implications on technology adoption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
