Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum, biotech, and AI sectors
- Design and publish annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and invest in disruptive startups
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from School of Thought)
