Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Author strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting 2026 implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSP) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analytics and market research skills
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
