Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption forecasting for strategic positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate tech trends into board-ready recommendations
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation incubators for future-focused projects
- Present strategic visions to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Tech Innovation, or equivalent)
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
