Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead market research initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio, evaluating and prioritizing R&D opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech adoption methodologies
- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market foresight
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
