Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous KPI tracking and agile methodology
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Mentor a team of 15 engineers and designers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving ethical AI and sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds and M&A integration
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
