Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable impact on future tech adoption
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or neuro-interface technologies
- Proven track record leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields (2018-2023)
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and digital sovereignty
- Experience developing tech policy frameworks for governmental bodies
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
