- Drive innovation labs exploring metaverse and neuro-interface applications
- Manage $5M+ annual tech innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at global tech forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI initiatives
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams (50+ personnel)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain federal clearance
