Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business growth targets
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation implementation across enterprise systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or sustainable tech
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting models
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
