Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2030 using predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce whitepapers on ethical implications of neuro-implant interfaces and synthetic biology
- Advise product development teams on quantum computing integration roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Published research on technological singularity or post-human ethics
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 10-year strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario modeling projects
