Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon, integrating AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop and present technology investment frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Portfolio of past future-tech projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
