Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI) into core products
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present future technology insights to investors, board members, and industry leaders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and R&D acceleration
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology analysts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment through 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record implementing transformative tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or AGI
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, Nature Tech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Security clearance for classified government tech initiatives a plus
