Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile experimentation cycles
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for future tech initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic planning preferred
