Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech and neuromorphic computing
- Advise C-suite on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for future-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor talent in emerging tech specializations through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
