Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, biometric interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives and business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030 challenges using 2026-capable technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend proactive compliance measures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech interfaces, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent-tier tech publications
- Experience leading $10M+ tech transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from top-tier institution
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
