Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in our accelerator program
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for breakthrough projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two 9-figure tech ventures
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech principles
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain one
