Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their enterprise applications
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory frameworks to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
