Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js with a deep understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
