Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies to predict market shifts and prepare the company for the 2026 landscape.
- Roadmap Architecture: Define and prioritize the technology roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, and executive teams to validate future strategies.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and pilot early-stage technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) that have the potential to revolutionize our industry.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Advise leadership on R&D budgeting and resource allocation for long-term high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
