Responsibilities

- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous technologies and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on technological convergence and future workforce impacts
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on future tech implications
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding from federal or private sources
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
