Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology best practices
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$10M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Experience scaling global tech operations across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized systems
