Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define strategic initiatives and product lifecycles.
- Predict market shifts and competitor movements to mitigate risk and seize new markets.
- Present strategic findings and future trends to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or futurism.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically regarding the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technological transitions.
