You'll shape our R&D priorities, evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4), and translate complex innovations into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, biotech, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Mentor tech teams on future-proof architecture and agile methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and shaping multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
