Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI integration, IoT ecosystems, and quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation digital solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or decentralized systems architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
