Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the long-term technological strategy, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof for the upcoming era of computing.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead experimental projects in AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices that guide our engineering teams in adopting emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Vendor & Tech Evaluation: Assess and integrate cutting-edge tools and platforms that align with our 2026 vision.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and large-scale machine learning models.
- Futuristic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement trends relevant to the 2026 landscape (e.g., Edge AI, IoT expansion).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving scalability and performance challenges in high-traffic environments.
