Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, emerging startups, and disruptive innovations to identify potential partnerships or acquisitions.
- Innovation Labs: Lead and manage internal innovation incubators to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the C-Suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into the annual budget and operational planning cycles.
- Risk Management: Assess the technological risks associated with new initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure, and IoT ecosystems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes strategic projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into a coherent strategic vision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
