Responsibilities
- Lead design and prototyping of next-gen systems (quantum computing, AI neural networks, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futuristic development methodologies
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate disruptive innovations
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with strategic technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
