- Develop patentable intellectual property and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or climate tech)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from ideation to scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
