- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology innovation aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product specialists
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property protection strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with measurable results
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or peer-reviewed research
