- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological vision into actionable business strategy
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against future-readiness metrics
- Foster strategic partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive products/services
- Expertise in future-tech domains: quantum computing, extended reality, or AI governance
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
