Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) including quantum AI integration and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with policymakers and industry consortiums on ethical frameworks for emerging tech
- Drive commercialization of experimental technologies through startup incubation programs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech planning with exposure to emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong network connections with academic research institutions and venture capital
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
