- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior technologists on future-oriented development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology management or innovation (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
